Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review the following policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
General Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return to Sender: Items returned as "return to sender" will incur a 20% restocking fee before a refund is processed.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). The refund will be credited to your account within a timeframe depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is received and delivered to Auntie Dee's Candy Boxes.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate for the return amount will be emailed to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
